CENTRAL OHIO OPPORTUNITIES


PROJECT ENGINEER

We currently have a need for a Project Engineer in our Delaware, Ohio, office, who can significantly participate in all aspects of our Land Development operations, specifically private residential and commercial, throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with two to four (2-4) years of related experience. Registration as a P.E. is preferred but not required. This candidate must be a dynamic, multi-tasking individual with experience in land development and design. Strong leadership, project management skills, and client relationship skills are a must.



PROJECT ENGINEER/MANAGER – ROADWAY AND BRIDGES

We currently have a need for a Project Engineer/Manager – Roadway Bridges in our Columbus, Ohio, office.  The ideal candidate in this position will have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) with 3 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering with an emphasis on structures. The candidate should also have enough structural experience to meet the criteria for ODOT Level I Bridge Prequalification, as well as project management experience in roadway and bridge projects.

 

LOCAL CLIENT SERVICE GROUP LEADER – LAND DEVELOPMENT
We currently have a need for a Local Client Service Group Leader in our Delaware, Ohio, office, who can significantly participate in all aspects of our Land Development and Business Development operations throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Surveying, with five (5) years of related experience. Registration as a P.E., P.S., or L.A. is preferred. This candidate must be a dynamic, multi-tasking individual with experience in land development and design. Strong leadership, project management skills, and client relationship skills are a must.

 

CIVIL ENGINEERS

We currently have a need for Civil Engineers in our Delaware, Ohio, office. The individuals in these positions will participate in all aspects of civil engineering within our Land Development client service group. The ideal candidates for these positions will have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with one to five (1 – 5) years of related experience. These candidates must be motivated, multi-tasking individuals with experience in various aspects of land development and design engineering. Strong client and project management skills are a plus. New engineering graduates will be considered.

 

LOCAL CLIENT SERVICE GROUP LEADER – INSTITUTIONAL

We currently have a need for a Local Client Service Group Leader in our Delaware, Ohio, office, who can significantly participate in all aspects of our Institutional and Business Development operations throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture with eight to ten (8 to10) years of related experience. Registration as an L.A. is preferred. This candidate must be a dynamic, multi-tasking individual with experience in consulting with architects, working on institutional type projects (campuses and K-12 schools), and commercial / residential development. Strong leadership, project management skills, and client relationship skills are a must.

 

PROJECT ENGINEER – COMMERCIAL

We currently have a need for a Project Engineer, Commercial, in our Delaware, Ohio, location. The candidate in this position will be part of a team and will significantly participate in all engineering aspects of our commercial, land development group. Specific duties will include such areas as grading and utility design, stormwater management calculations, submittals to local agencies, client contact and coordination, and functioning as part of a high energy, fast-paced, team driven atmosphere. Additional requirements include proficiency in AutoCAD, and either Eaglepoint or LDD, as well as stormwater programs such as HydraFlow. The ideal candidate in this position will have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer, with four to seven (4 to 7) years of relevant experience. A PE is preferred but not required.

 

PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL

We currently have a need for a Project Engineer, in our Delaware, Ohio, office, who possesses a general knowledge of civil engineering in such areas as hydraulic capacity, roadway design, utility design, and ODOT criteria. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture with two to three years (2-3) of related experience. Registration as an PE is preferred. EI designation is a must. This candidate must be a dynamic, multi-tasking individual with experience in consulting with strong leadership, project management skills, and client relationship skills.

 

NE OHIO OPPORTUNITIES

 

TEAM LEADER – CIVIL ENGINEERING

We currently have a need for a Team Leader in Civil Engineering in our Akron, Ohio, office location. The successful candidate in this position will possess a BS in Civil Engineering with current PE licensure, and five (5) years minimum experience in the areas of water/wastewater engineering. The individual should possess strong leadership and project management skills.

SURVEY CREW MEMBERS
We currently have a need for experienced survey crew members in our Akron, Ohio, office. The successful candidate in this position will spend time in the field on various projects and job sites providing support in the form of survey crew operations (staking, instrument operation, rodman duties, etc). The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent, with two (2) or more years of experience working with various surveying equipment and instruments. An Associates Degree is preferred, but not required. 

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS
We have immediate need for Landscape Architects in our Akron, Ohio, office. Qualified candidates must have a diverse background in planning, design, graphic arts and construction document preparation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and graphics software is required plus strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate in this position will have a BS in Landscape Architecture, with 1-3 years of practical work experience. Recent graduates with solid design, office, and intern experience will be considered. Registration is preferred but not required.
